Grenada joins the Madrid System

The Madrid System continues to expand with the addition of a new country! As of March 15, 2026, it is now possible to protect your trademark in Grenada through the international procedure, which allows applicants to obtain intellectual property protection in multiple countries via a centralized application at preferential cost. The Madrid System simplifies the trademark registration process through the filing of a single international trademark application that can now cover up to 132 countries, representing 80% of global trade.
