The Madrid System continues to expand with the addition of a new country!
As of March 15, 2026, it is now possible to protect your trademark in Grenada through the international procedure, which allows applicants to obtain intellectual property protection in multiple countries via a centralized application at preferential cost.
The Madrid System simplifies the trademark registration process through the filing of a single international trademark application that can now cover up to 132 countries, representing 80% of global trade. It also offers a centralized management system, in which each designated country examines the application independently in accordance with its own legislation.
Thanks to the simple and efficient designation procedure provided by the Madrid System, French and foreign companies, as well as trademark owners, can seek protection for their marks when they market or plan to offer their goods and services in Grenada.
naturally assists you with these procedures and remains at your disposal for any further information.
