Senior Paralegal Ghislaine joined the firm Mark and Law in September 2002. She is in charge of matters relating to the protection of trademarks, responding to objections, opposition procedures, changes affecting the validity of titles (assignments, licences) and monitoring of title portfolios.
After 20 years of experience in the firm, she takes responsibility for the monitoring of maturities and the management of IP securities and became a partner of the firm.
